@Jitpring dude the blue guy and kelly were surfing good, i believe kelly was surfing better but thats just me. Anyways the judges judge not only on the tricks but also on how good the wave is. And another thing, the surfers get judged by adding the two best waves they surfed and that will give them the total. Just some info on why kelly won.
