Hello, Iam working as a HR-executive (in a small s/w devt. firm on PHP platform) since 1.5 yrs. I have no idea of SAP-HR. Most of my friends are into IT sector. So even i am interested in learning PHP and move to s/w domain, but i do not have much technical knowledge. i feel i can grasp the things well. So, is it advisable?
Do IT companies prefer MBA’s into s/w development? if No, please explain the criteria they usually follow to hire.

I have t-mobile and can’t switch to an iphone. I want a phone that is most compatible with all of the apple products such as my MacBook Pro laptop, ipod, and ipod Touch. I want to “sync” all of the programs such as “contacts”, “calendar”, “notes”, etc. between my phone and laptop. I don’t want to use Google products that use “cloud computing” as I’m not comfortable with level of security. Any suggestions on the best phone that would accomplish what I want?
