I want to schedule a task,every night at 8pm , using Java,jsp,mysql,servlets,please help?

I am trying on a web page where:
-The data in the 2 columns (made a table having 4 columns) need to be refresehed every 30 sec
Second thing I want is:
Every day at 8 pm few of the sql query should be executed.
I am not using PHP I am using JSP
Please help
Its not my server, I will have to take a space on ISP to launch the site and so at that endit need to be done
