How do I get Mage teliport portals in WoW?

I am currently level 48 undead Mage. I heard about the teliporting and stuff like people paying you to be teliported to certain places. I read somewhere else that I am already eligble for using the portals. But my skill trainer doesn’t have them so where do I get them?
in any major city (undercity) next to the mage trainer, there will be a portal trainer. just talk to him.
in every capital city near your class trainer is a portal trainer they will teach you these portals, for The Undercity, Silvermoon, Origimmar it should be level 30 for self ports and 40 for party ports, for Thunderbluff, it should be level 40 for self ports and 50 for group portals, for getting there just get a mage to port you there, and at level 48 you will not be able to get the portals to Shattrath, and Dalaran. By the way, i might be alittle off on the levels, my mage is on the Alliance.
