I want to set up a very simple website that has just a picture, some text, and an html link. I’ve tried a couple hosting companies and both ripped me off. One had horrible customer service and no way to actually build a site, the other let me build the site but wouldn’t publish it. A customer service rep said he saw it when he tried to visit it but every time I try to visit it, from every computer, I get an error message. I think I’ve been ripped off a second time.

I tried Yahoo!, but when I tried to sign up and pay it kept taking me in a weird circular loop and never actually let me complete my order and get started.

All I want is to set up this simple page! What should I do?
