I recently purchased a 13″ MacBook Pro and have a 500GB Western Digital passport, formated as NTFS. I do realize that macs cannot write to NTFS, but can I simply COPY my files from the drive. Once I have the files copied, I’ll be done with Windows, and will reformat the drive. Thanks!

I’m in the process of starting an organization dedicated to keeping reusable and recyclable items out of the landfill. I rented several storage units to store items. The manager donated the use of another unit. We were evicted without just cause. At the time I spoke to the manager and explained that we would not be able to move the items by the date specified because we’d just given them all of our money and because our truck had just died. We’ve cleared out two of the four units but still have items in the donated unit and one other unit. The management locked is out because they thought we weren’t moving items out quickly enough. The maintenance man allowed my boyfriend to move some things after we were locked out. The management is saying they are going to throw away all of the remaining items in the donated unit and to auction the items in the other unit. We’ve also found out that the maintenance man opened the rented unit and had another tenant go into our unit to remove some items the maintenance man wanted. What recourse do we have?

How can I setup my DNS server to view an internal website, in my subnet, from the outsite (internet)? Or how can a view and internal website within a subnet of a subnet. ie.: from my departement LAN to my company wide LAN to the internet.

I went this past Wednesday early in the morning after interviewing with an employer, she said usually it takes no longer then 2 days to recieve results, so after not hearing from her Friday morning I called her and she said “nothing yet, let me check with the office” then called back and said “no news yet but get into contact with me Tuesday” .. I kind of feel like she’s just blowing me off lightly, what do you think?
